It didn't happen, but now John is almost done with his grad school work and can devote his time more to a project such as this. In 1977, the United States government determined that one in every ten million Americans was gifted with a paranormal ability. It immediately set up a commission to look into the growing phenomenon. It was decided that a special, top-secret research facility was needed to study the matter further. Today, in a world where the paranormal is normal, the unexpected happens within the walls of The Dome. "Collective" - Anibal and Helen return to the Dome after Parker's funeral to find the complex in a shambles. A number of the staff have reverted to a primal animal state while others have locked themselves away in fear. They are all under the control of a young, troubled telepath who wants to shape the world in her image. Can Anibal stop her before her influence extends beyond the island? Cast List Keith R.A. "Requiem" - It's the day of Parker's memorial service and as Anibal says a few words on his former security chief's behalf, Parker seems to be getting the final word via his discussion with a young paranormal who can talk to the dead. Today, in a world where the paranormal is normal, the unexpected happens within the walls of The Dome. "Ethics" - A Russian satellite comes crashing down in upstate New York. Its contents hold a special interest to the members of the Dome. A paranormal with electrical manipulation abilities was on board the satellite, sleeping in a cryogenic state for over thirty years. The crew must find him before he is found by the U.S. government or the Russian Mafia. There is a major concern as his abilities are similar to the late Dr. Sullivan. Meanwhile, Anne and Helen are combing through the late doctor's papers and discover some shocking details about his plans for world domination. Think of this episode as a .5 episode. "Avatar" - A tragic accident inside the walls of The Dome leads to a a visit by a senator with many questions. Meanwhile, a ghostly image that has been moving through the corridors of the complex visits the widow of one of the victims of the accident with news of what really happens in the examination rooms of The Dome.
